config.xml is not updated when I press OK and close the app.

I cant explain that. Its definitely updated here. I tried it on two machine. Sorry I dont know.

I have two virtual drives in my daemon tools; G: and H:. If I select "H:" in config.exe, The image is loaded in "G:" anyway. But GBpvr (pvrx2) waits for "H:" to be ready. I'll double check this behavior in the morning...

GB-PVR has no say on which drive daemon tools mounts the image as. The drive letter is just to tell GB-PVR which drive to play after it asks daemon tools to mount the drive. Without this setting, GB-PVR would have no way to identify what drive was mounted. You'll probably just have to make it G: if thats the drive daemon tools always mounts.
