Hi Guys

I have been able to get the Compro T750 going but have run into a really interesting problem. If I reboot the machine it will record any channel that I need but if I program the next recording session it always fails. I have tested it against the compro DVT3 application provided with the card and it operates without any problems. I have used gbpvr since purchasing a Compro T300 nearly 18 months ago and have had extremely good performance.

My only though is does gbpvr only take two attempts at getting signal or is there something that is not being reset (or is it I am going nuts...again).

I am using 1.0.8 Gbpvr which has been upgraded from 0.99.12.

Some details are below and I can provide you with the log files.

- Phil

When the record works we have the fanasitc line from GBPVRRecordingService.exe-native.log of
2007-07-30 19:42:21.015 VERBOSE locked=1 present=1 strength=69 quality=76

When I look into the error logs (debug) I find that this line seems to be the problem and only happens on the second recording session.
2007-07-30 19:35:27.968 VERBOSE locked=0 present=0 strength=2147483647 quality=0

I am in Australia in Geelong and look at Mt Dandenong transmitter

Now the detail for the compro are (gained by graphedit)

[Compro VideoMate T750]
TUNING_TYPE=DVB-T
FILTER_TUNER=VideoMate Dual A+DVB-T DVBT Tuner
FILTER_CAPTURE=VideoMate Dual A+DVB-T Digital Capture
PIN_TUNER_IN=Input0
PIN_TUNER_OUT=MPEG2 Transport
PIN_CAPTURE_IN=MPEG2 Transport
PIN_CAPTURE_OUT=MPEG2 Transport

There has been problems with some compro devices in the past.

If isnt set already, you could try setting the following in config.xml. I dont know if it'll help though.

<BDASubmitTuningRequestTwiceOnRecord>true</BDASubmitTuningRequestTwiceOnRecord>
