You would have just happened to have restarted the recording service at a time when the EPG wasnt present, like when you were in the process switching from zap2it to the xmltv source.

The zap2it EPG would have been exactly the same given the same circumstances.

I dont think there is anything you need to worry about. You'll probably never see again.

I've actually seen it three times since I switched. I switched four days ago.

Is there anything I can put into the PostEPGUpdate batch file to force a recording service restart?

I've been having this problem for about a month (since the Zap2It service went down for a few days that time). I am running Win XP SP2 and use Zap2It. I have tried updateing EPG, deleting and re-adding the sources, fresh install of GBPVR, deleting and re-adding my channel lineup at labs.zap2it, but no luck. Any ideas?

Thanks!

PS, any word on Zap2It replacement?

There is several xmltv grabbers that have been posted in the developers forum. Alternatively there will be a pay-for-listings service offered by http://www.schedulesdirect.org/.

You error is caused because your database has become corrupt.

You'd probably be best to export your recording list, then try copying empty.db3 over gbpvr.db3, then setup up your capture sources again in the new clean database, then do an import recordings. You'll also need to reschedule your pending recordings.

Thanks Sub! That fixed it! Took me a little while to find the export and import buttons under the plugin tab of the config program, but once I did, it worked great!

Sub, I've attached my logs. Can you please take a look? I don't see the error that LedHead had. Maybe I have different problem.
