See if Rogers is supported. We don't have Rogers here where I live so I didn't see it when I used my postal code to obtain listings for my area.

I know some of you will prefer to pursue free listing alternatives, but for those that want it to be easy and just work, the SchedulesDirect guys are making good progress. They're still working through a few legal and coding issues, but we should see the service live soon.

I've integrated support for it for the next release, and it's really easy to use. See screenshot below.

I'm hoping that a lot of you will support them.

I still haven't found anything (for the "post-Zap2it" time) that gives me ATSC OTA sub-channel guide data. If SD will do that then I'm prolly in.

Howzit though sub that you just showed us more than we can find even at the schedulesdirect.org website? Is there someplace you can send me where I can be a beta tester??? Smile

It looks like it works almost identically to Zap2it. I'm interested but it all depends on just how much. I know you're not involved with that side of it sub (unless you are a silent investor) but I've learned so much watching the work some of the guys have done that for me, it would have to be very reasonable for me to pay for listings now.
My mind is open however and I'm looking forward to what they have to offer. Wouldn't it be great if they had some other competition? Big Grin

This is good news! Competition from free software keeps the pay for on their toes. Best of all it is legal. I guess from your screenshot, SchedulesDirect will be available sept 1st. Do you have any idea what it will cost?

I do know what it will cost, but unfortunately I cant say anything yet. People will need to wait for SchedulesDirect to get this info up on the website.

Can you say if the beta (i am guessing you are using a beta) works as well as zap2it.

If someone comes up with a scheme to harvest data from paid for software (I think that this would be legal and cheaper in the long run) wouldn't Sage be better? I thought that BTV used to charge a monthly fee for listing service and Sage does not.

I could be wrong though.

If you going to pull listings from another app, then you might aswell do it from yahoo go tv since its a free download.

I'm sure it wouldnt be.
