ok, you cant skin fastfind well. i would only skin it if i could use more images for the selectors, the keyboard buttons. if i skinned it, it wouldnt match the rest of the media experience skin. so im not going to.

Hi Reven,

I'm new to GBPVR (and already hooked to it) and noticed the awesome new skin you made. The screenshots look great and I would like to try it out!
But... when I try to download it from the link in your first post, I get a 404 not found, probably because I'm not a wiki editor or something?
Is it free to download already? Or do I just have to be patient?

ive uploaded what i *think* will work with the new version of gbpvr (v.908), but there are some issues in that version, which mean i cant test out a few things on my development machine, and pvr busy doing stuff . i cant check out the tv guide (if i add a source, and it doesnt exist, gbpvr just wont start, it locks up, even the config app, wierd) and no capture card so cant test live tv and the new guide, i basically just copied the same live tv guide stuff from the blue skin, ill update this later on.

if you download it and it doesnt work let me know, also check the gbpvr.exe.log file to see if theres any hints to what the error is.

I downloaded and installed the skin.
Looks awesome, very nice job!

Unfortunately it triggers some errors. I currently have only v0.9 with the weather plugin installed.

These work:
- Search Guide
- Recordings
- LiveTV
- Weather
- Net Radio

- TvGuide

- FM Radio
- Comics

i havent skinned music, video library, fm radio (uses default blue), or comics so thats why they dont work. ill look into the tv guide error, can anyone else confirm this?

ok i fixed the tv guide error, and this time i was able to test the skin before i uploaded it

things i know that work: tv guide, live tv, live tv guide, search guide, recordings, my pictures, my programs, my music, my videos, weather 2.21, shut down 2.0.

sub might have changed something in fm radio so i copied the same fmradio folder from the blue skin to media experience, the only reason this folder is included, is that if its not gbpvr wont start, same with the net radio plugin.

UPDATE: ive skinned the live tv guide, so it now looks similar to the normal tv guide.

tipstir the only report ive had about the plugins not workign with version 0.90x is from you, every one else says they are working fine, even the older version of the plugins. it may be a mvp thing, i dont know i dont own one. can you test them out in pc mode and see if they work? if they dont, then its probably somethign unique to your setting up, saying &quot;they dont work&quot; doesnt give me a lot of info to go on and doesnt help me fix them.

i primary made this skin for me and i only skinned the things i was using. i just released it so other could also use it, i will probably skin xrecord soon, since well its a good plugin and i assume you can skin it, never really tried to skin it. i wont be skinning any other plugins, for several reasons, mainly since they dont skin very well, and also creating the task images is a lot of work (hours of work, just for a frickin image).
