I have not been playing alot lately, but I am excited for UT2007, and HL2 Episode 2 (and the associated release of portal and team fortress 2).

mainly I play alot of HL2 mods, and Painkiller Smile there is just something about being able to pin your enemies to a wall with 3 foot long wooden stakes, and watching their bodies flail around in perfect ragdoll Big Grin

Care to share (links)? I've just played the basic HL2 and CS:Source but have heard some good things about the mod scene.

My good old 3-year old system is in the sig. I'm building a second slave system for the Living Room (just got it today before work - REALLY cheap). Here's what it looks like so far:

HP Pavilion s7520n
AMD Turion 64 1.8GHz Mobile CPU
XP SP2/MCE 2005
2GB PC3200 DDR
ATI Radeon Xpress 200 GPU (64MB shared memory)
200GB 7200RPM SATA HDD
CD/DL-DVD writer with LightScribe

I'm waiting on an MCE 2005 remote/IR receiver/blaster I got cheap from eBay. Eventually I'll get a PVR-150 LP and make it a full PVR, but right now I just wanna watch my recordings in a more comfy spot. (And I have to convince The Man that it's just as easy to use as a VCR. )

HD PVR: nPVR 4.2.2 with VLC 3.0.3 Std Skin
ASRock H170M Pro4 LGA 1151 Intel H170 HDMI-out, Intel Core i3-6100 3.7GHz, 16GB DDR4 2400, Win7 Ultimate x64, Hauppauge Colossus, 1x250GB SSD (System), 1x1TB SATA (Recordings), DirecTV HD22 STB, dtvTune.exe Ethernet channel changer

Running Samsung Smart TV plugin from Fred250

good for you, hopefully your GPU is up to the task (may not be if you go to PVRX2)
