Folder pictures for Video

Have tried to search for this but cant seem to find anything....is there a way of showing pictures from folders within the Video tab.??

I have tried installing Video archive but can never seem to get it working as it always hangs with the egg timer whilst looking for files and have searched the plugin help and a few other people seem to have this problem.

I am on the latest version of 1.0.16

From memory, if there is a folder.jpg in the directory then it'll be shown in the Video Library when you're in icon or filmstrip view.

yes have tried icon view etc and still no pictures showing on folder view on screen and there is a folder.jpg in the directory

I just tried it here and its definitely working for me.

Are you in the PVRX2 app's Video Library screen in the 4x3 icon view?

Yes using PVRX2 video library screen is set to 16x9 but have tried 4x3 and neither seem to work just get blank folders on screen...

I take it by icon view you mean the folder is et to icon view or is ther a way to do this in config..??

I meant click the 'mode' button in the Video Library until you get to icon mode, which consists of a grid four icons wide by three icons high. See below:

yes not sure whats wrong with mine have been doing the mode button from the video library and shows blank folders still with no pictures even though they have folder.jpg... but if I go into the directory from windows it shows the pictures on the folder ...very strange...

maybe permissions on the file? maybe has to do with the image size? case sensitive?

Works fine, here, too. Just used any old renamed jpg, no special size or anything.
