Configure "use short skip"

Is there a way to configure "use short skip for FF/RW" to be something other than 10 seconds? I want to make it shorter.

A quick scan of the config.xml file revealed this:

<table border="0" align="center" width="95%" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"><tr><td>Code Sample </td></tr><tr><td id="CODE"> <SkipInsteadOfFFRWSeconds>10</SkipInsteadOfFFRWSeconds>[/QUOTE]
