HI ... Is there poss to add support for "Kworld Plus HD 115 QAM" card, this Kworld 115 does work now in GBPVR for atsc ota, set as Kworld 110, (atsc ota input is 1st antena plug, cable Qam & analog input is 2nd antena plug).

Ok, i know from reading here that you need info from Kworld .... so generally what info? I'll attempt to contact them to try to start dialog about details. (you likely need info re how to access Qam input via the 2nd antena plug, vs the Atsc antena plug ?, along with Reg data info and or ?)
I'm asking because i have the Kworld 115 card (Qam works great in the bundled TotalMedia3), & I also now have the HVR-1600 card, ... 1600-Qam installed & worked fine in GBPVR, cool
BUT, Kworld 115 card seems to display/view HD QAM stations/chanels much better than the HVR-1600, ... *NONE* of the video & audio skipping, or video pixelization that the HVr-1600 has, (same as others mention re the HVR-1600). TotalMedia3 is ok, but lacks some that GBPvR has. (one feature good to add would be 16x10 aspect ratio choice, since typical pc lcd widescreens are 16x10 for full screen)
--------------------------
on side note:
I experimented trying the HVR-1600 in TotalMedia3 (supported??), which already had the Qam channels scanned, setup & saved for the Kworld 115. The HVR-1600 tuned & worked great for live Qam, analog, and recording, (aside from same video/audio skipping it does in Wintv & GBPVR). BUT ...The HVR-1600 causes fatal error (re)Scanning for channels in TotalMedia3, so a person would need to have already previous Scanned/saved for Qam channels with a supported card as in my case. (just mentioned this as there may be some similar concepts in adding support for Kworld 115, as were req for HVR-1600 although diff details involved?) , (would there be enough info/details in my Reg & system? vs contacting Kworld).
Note also for HVR-1600:
only the drivers ("HcwDriverInstall.exe" from "cd_3.4d1.zip") need to be installed for it work work in GBPVR. None of the other 1600's software or WinTv6 is needed. ok ok ... install the "IR32.exe" also
Also, tried using Kworld 115 in GBPVR, which was already set up with Scanned Qam channels & EPG data via prev setting up GBPVR for HVR-1600 Qam, result error re incorrect card. So then tried Config and just changing the BDA device to "Kworld115 Qam" (added in bda.ini), versus removing and re-adding a bda device, and thus all the Pre-scanned channels & EPG were still present in the Map Digital Channels to EPG screen, result no pic or sound, & in the logs - no signal detected or locked (didnt notice any other obvious errors in logs). Would guess in part that Config was attempting to get signal from the 1st Atsc antena input plug, instead of the 2nd Qam Antena input. (am i restating the obvious?)
And ... why does Direct Recording Device "have to be" on-board mpeg encoding card, just for viewing analog cable tv channels in GBPVR ??? (or does it?) ... I tried setting additional device in direct.ini for Kworld 115 analog with all the correct details, & then changing to that device in Config, but nothing displayed tuning to pre-setup analog channels in GBPVR. Choosing the added analog Kworld 115 device in TuningAssistant works and finds/displays the analog channels ... maybe again this needs adding to NativeUtilities.dll or? to access the correct signal input ?? hummmmmm.
well this turned into likely too much info, than the orig question, whew.
Thanks for reading,
(should this be in the Support section vs here?)
