XMLTV and SchedulesDirect

For those of us who for various reasons are still using older versions of GBPVR and who can't or won't update, you don't necessarily have to update to 1.0.16 to keep your schedules working. All you need to do is switch to XMLTV as your source instead of the Zap2It. The latest version of the XMLTV grabber for NA is now compatible with SchedulesDirect.

Anyways, I switched a while ago to the XMLTV version so for me it won't be a big difference (I had performance/connection issues with Zap2It before then).
