My zip is 97070 and the provider(?) is YApi2XML. I thought maybe I was getting an east coast schedule but after doing the math I find the time discrepancy is actually 2 hours. Also if I click on a current listing and click "watch" I get a screen that is just snow. Hope that info helps.

There is a log, in the yapi2xml folder called yapi2xml_log.txt (or something similar) if you can put that in a zip file and attach it to your post that would give me all the info I need to figure out what is going on.

Provider actually means cable/satellite provider, such as DirecTV or Cox Communications.

For now seperate instances. I'm working on a version with channel remapping right now hopefully to get out tonight and depending on how long that takes it may/may not have support for multiple lineups.

I've been coding all day and didn't have a chance to check on that error. I'll check it out tomorrow morning.

And to everyone thinking there would be a new release, it has been delayed until tomorrow at noon PST. The code is done but I have to update the wiki. It includes a channel remapper and should stop duplicate channels dead in their tracks. Look forward to it Smile

Hi,

I am getting schedule file updte errors in AZ with DISH, DIRECTV, and a few others. I was able to get a successful reading with a provider called "Maricopa Broadband". I will attach the log file, please see if that helps solving the problem.

BTW My preferred provider is DISH Netork(Pheonix)

Thanks

That is a Yahoo problem. They just don't have a listing right now for Dish Network Phx. You could try useing the national listings and then using cox to get the local channels and then remapping them to match.

New version released including the following exciting features:
* New show marker
* Channel remapper

This means YApi2XML works for OTA now.

http://gbpvr.com/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Utility/YApi2XML

From 1.1.9 to 1.2.0
* Changed duplicate channels message to tell you channel numbers
* Rearranged GUI for new options
* Completely revamped how channel lineups are saved
* Redid duplicate channel handling
* Added the ability to view current settings and change them without going through the entire process again
* Changed the ini file name (to make sure you redo the setup)
* Added a built in channel remapper (great for OTA)
* Added new show marker (*) defaults to new if no original air date exists
