converting ms recording to divx or xvid

I finally resolved all minor problems and got gbpvr working (1 st timer). i recorded a show and everything looks great. [I want to write them on DVD and so would like to shrink them before i do that so I can put more in 1 dvd. I choose to convert to divx in the gbpvr config and the show hasnt been converted automatically.

after reading the GBPVR wiki and also some other post I realized that i dont have mux installed. What else i need to do? is MUX the only problem I have right now?Where do i get cyberlink mux. i couldnt find that detail in forum.

I have a Hauppuage HVR-1600 PCI card.
