*v16 2005-2-06
**removed reoccur panel
**added transcoding screen
**added hook to recordingtracker called watched
**initial hook to ERM called scheduler
**Press no text button open popup Ctrl O funct new menu
***download picture
***find recommendations
**integration with channel image tool
***Channel view
***Recording popup

Known limitations
Hitting watch without having recordingtracker db in the gbpvr directory, get an error.

Hitting schedule without the priorityrecordings.xml will generate an error. Please wait till the release of the ERM to use the schedule feature. We need the new recordingutil and backend engine.

Can get it at

great work jorm! My wife definitely likes the larger images which you incorporated a while ago.

I was wondering if it would be possible to have the videos section list files from multiple folders. I have not tried link files before but have seen that reven has incorporated them so that other folders will be seen. Is this possible?

You already can have multiple folders for videos. Open the skin.

Look for

<PathElement name="XVideoPath1" path="c:/recordings"/>

You easily can do this.
<PathElement name="XVideoPath1" path="c:/recordings"/>
<PathElement name="XVideoPath2" path="c:/recordings2"/>
<PathElement name="XVideoPath3" path="c:/recordings3"/>
<PathElement name="XVideoPath4" path="c:/recordings4"/>
<PathElement name="XVideoPath5" path="c:/recordings5"/>

Does this meet your needs?

Is there a way to change the view to a list only, like My Videos? I am never inspired enough to get the images, and I like straight info.

I've always used XRecord as my pref interface. Thanks for the hard work.

Have you tried the video archive plug-in? It is list oriented. See wiki site and includes utilities to fetch the images for you (which also might work with xrecord by the way deplending upon where it expects to find the files and what it expects the names to be).

I would like to second Capones request for a "image free"
listing of programs. I find the fonts are too small on my Sony 29"
TV to be able to read comfortably

My Setup:
Windows Server 2003 SP1 on AMD XP2200+, 1 Gig DDR Ram, 1 x 200 Gig and 1 x 160 Gig Seagate Harddrives, Hauppauge PVR500MCE
2 x Hauppauge MVP's (Bedroom and Lounge)

There is an image free flag in the skin.

Just look for

<Advanced active="true" rows="2" columns="4"/>

change the line to

<Advanced active="false" rows="2" columns="4"/>

Volla!!!

Hello Jorm - nice update to Xrecord, Wife Acceptance Factor takes another step forward

Just one small snag. When I press Ctrl-O to get the Download Image option:

most of the time it works,
sometimes it returns but without an image but
on 1 it generates an error and throws me back out to the main menu. The programme is called "Art Attack" if that's useful to you

The error is "ERROR: The remote server returned an errorSad404) Not Found"

There are no errors reported in the .log files if that helps
