For my own knowledge...what exactly does that do?

Comdlg32.ocx is a library that makes common Windows dialogs (such as the File Open dialog and the Print dialog) more easily available to VB6 (and older) programs.

And why did i have to do it after the fresh install of vista?

Comdlg32.ocx is part of the VB6 runtime requirements. In fact, it's likely that you don't have the VB6 runtime files installed at all. So, if you don't find comdlg32.ocx in your \windows\system32 directory, you'll have to download this package and install it. Make sure you run the setup program as administrator, or else libraries such as comdlg32.ocx probably won't get registered properly.

Things were working well - but like others here my schedule hasn't updated since September 8th. I understand this is a Yahoo problem, I just wanted to get on this thread so I could be up to date if any solutions are found. It doesn't matter when I try to pull the schedule.

Wow, am I relieved.

I've been gone for awhile and the first time I firedit up it worked fine but not after or since. I thought it was just me, but obviously it isn't.

I'm in a financial bind so the $15 a quarter listings is not an option for me right now.

Yeah, I was on my way back here to update and ya beat me to it.

I'm signed up, now all i have to do is reinstall GBPVR from scratch. So much has changed on my setup it's reall going to be the only way to keep things straight.

I'm really going miss using the "My Videos" plugin though. Bummer.

Any suggestions?

Anyone else still having the "schedule file corrupted/not found" problem still? I'm running out of listing data & hope this is resolved soon. I even upgraded to the 9/11 version of yapi2xml (1.2.6) & it still gives me the error.

Provider is Comcast South Jersey - Philadelphia, zip 08215.

- Never mind - I see Oz' post is from 3:20 today. I wonder if yahoo changed the structure of their listing files or something.

Same here. I just upgraded but it made no diference. I think Yahoo may have trash canned this project...

I have Vista Ultimate and I switched to the MceEpg2XmlTv application... it seems to be working well so far. I'd pay for scheduleDirect, but since I get guide data free anyway...
