1.0.16 is blocking windows screensavers

I seem to be having the same problem some others are having with the newest GBPVR blocking the windows screensaver- whether or not I turn the GBPVR one on in config. Also as others, I'm using the Hibernator to put the machine to sleep when it's idle, which worked fine in 1.0.8, but no longer.

I've also tested with other screensavers, which are similarly blocked.

I have the same problem, since I updated to 1.0.16 (from 99.5) neither the GBPVR screensaver nor the windows screensaver will activate while PVRX2 is running. Worked fine on 99.5.

Okay, so I'm guessing there's no fix for this one as yet .

What are other people's ways of acheiving the same goals? I'd like to be able to have the machine hibernate and wake up, possibly multiple times, for recordings. The windows power management doesn't do the business- I don't think the GBPVR processes register highly enough to prevent hibernation- so it goes to sleep when it shouldn't.

Otherwise I shall just have to try things without PVRX2 running- though it's not a very neat solution. There must be something new in 1.0.16 that's preventing this from working though.....

You could try the attached patch. As long as the GB-PVR screen saver is disabled, then it shouldnt block the Windows screen saver.

Thanks for that sub, but the new executable didn't change anything for me- I checked that 'enable screensaver' was unticked in the config gui and verified it was disabled in the xml.

I've attached the new logs.
