current position of playing video?

sub is there a way to get the current position of a playing video (or tv/dvd)? eg "1:30:35" = 1 hour 30 minutes and 35 seconds into the show, im trying to extend the lcd plugin. also is it possible to get the current video title (you just added the playvideo(string title, string file) method for me, and want to use the passed title if passed).

if it isnt possible can you please consider adding these things to the next release
- current playback position (for tv and videos)
- dvd title/chapter/audio (as much information from dvds as possible)
- video/tv.ispaused (like what you have done for playlist.ispaused, so i can show a paused icon on the lcd)
- isrecording (i know this is a real issue, and if its not possible its no biggy )
- + anything else you can think of that would be nice on a lcd that i forgot.

i know you are busy, and i hate to ask, i just want to improve the lcd so its actually worth using (at the moment its doesnt show enough information to bother with).

sub could you also add an event when a show ends and a new one starts, i have it currently working via a timer
timer.interval = show.ends.ticks - datetime.now.ticks
which was working wonderfully, then i paused tv, and it got screwed up, well it was showing a new show had started when i was still watching the previous show.

or you could just make it possible to get the current position from gbpvr, so the event is no longer needed.

those things would also be interesting for a cut-plugin: based on a comskip-file the user could add or delete cut-points and verify the selection by playing the video from a cut-point. so the current playback position wouldn't be a readonly variable, but could be set by plugin-developers...

I haven't been able to determine if the current video position has ever been implemented. I know how to get the audio position and duration, but haven't seen where this is done for video. Likewise for tv.ispaused - I couldn't find references to it being implemented. Can someone point me in the right direction?

On a different note, does anyone have a code snipet of how to determine what menu is being displayed? The name of the menu would be displayed momentarily on an LCD when that page firsts opens.
