FF and Rewind not working

Hi FF and rewind does not seem to work on my system it seems it rewinds or fast forwards for a second then starts playing back normally without audio i then have to hit the skip forward or backward button to get audio again. Is this a known issue or something i have set wrong?

fastforward and rewind can be quite annoying in gbpvr, try using "short skip" instead, which can be found under "misc" in the configuration, it will then skip 10 seconds in either direction instead of fastforwarding (10seconds is default you can change this in the config.xml file).

is there a fix coming for this or is it just an error that we have to live with? also it seems that my video is choppy at times is this the decoder im using? the standard intervideo one that came with my PVR 150 is there another i shoudl try?

i assume it will be fixed one day, but i doubt anytime soon, sub has to many things which are more important to worry about. yeah try every decoder you can get you hands on, also try using ffdshow, that usually helps.

just the fast forward/rewind button, you enable "use shortskip instead of FF/RW"
