I had to run xmltv a few times and it eventually worked. Maybe it's my (archaic?) way of updating, using xmltv.exe embedded in the UpdateEPG.bat, but it certainly was disconcerting to see, since if the update errors-out like it was, there is no notice given that the update didn't occur.
