PsiParser.ax unable to register after upgrade

I upgraded to GBPVR10016 from GBPVR09905 and during the install I get the attached error Error 1904. PsiParser.ax failed to register. Any ideas?

You forgot to install the updated Microsoft runtime from vcredist_x86.zip.
