pvrx2 locking up when channing from analog to digital back to analog

Hi,

I have release 1.0.16 with all patches to date. Running on Vista 32-bit. I am running pvrx2 -fse.

I have 3 tuners:

Hauppage 150MCE analog
HRHOMERUN digital 2 tuners

Each tuner has a unique epg source configured with channel lineups. There are no duplicate channels in the 3 lineups. I am tuning everything from OTA Antenna (3 separate antenna's)

The problem I am having watching Live TV is as follows:

I tune an analog station
I press the channel up button to tune a digital station
I press then channel down button to return to the analog station

The analog station does not appear on the screen. I only get a black screen. I eventually have to end task on pvrx2. I also need to restart the recording service since it is still buffering one of the shows. Afterwards I can re-launch pvrx2 -fse and reproduce the same thing again.

This also occurs if I tune a analog channel, then chane to a digital channel by keying in the channel number, the keying in a digital channel.

The only way I seem to be able to change back and forth between analog and digital channels is to press the stop button before tuning another channel. I can start in the guide select the channel, hit stop to return to the guide, and select another channel without incident.

If you enabled like preview mode does it help?

I will try this tonight. It is currently disabled.

I also noticed that this issue also occurs when changing between digital channels. It seems that pvrx2 is not getting the proper instuctions to the tuner that the channel has changed.

it appears that enabling the preview resolved this issue.
