No LiveTV No Recording

Ever since I upgraded to .16 I haven't been able to watch LiveTV nor are any of my recordings working. Attached are the logs.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is your tuner set up properly? Double check this in the config app.
If it is, try re-installing the drivers for your card. It cannot seem to find the capture filter output pin when creating the graph

Everything worked previously, so I dont know why upgrading to .16 would mess it up. Regardless, I updated my PVR250 drivers and still nothing.

and its' set up for a 250 in the capture devices?

Well that did the trick. I could have sworn it was already set to 250, it was 150. Thanks a lot Carlito.
