First off I LOVE the web scheduling feature, thanks Sub! Probably the coolest thing about it is, my brother in Korea can log into my machine, and download his favorite shows that I've recorded (and re-compressed) for him. Sooo great!
Anyway, the way I have been doing that so far is to use the web scheduler, and use port forwarding on my Netgear router through my cable internet. The cable modem has always given me the same IP so the connection is consistent. Works great.
Now, I just got this Airlink router, and suddenly I am getting a different IP, and upon login can't connect . No problem right, I just enable port forwarding again, and use that new IP as my web scheduling login, same syntax, just a different IP address (http://ipaddr:7647/gbpvr/login.aspx). However now, I get this error message:
Server Error in '/gbpvr' Application.
HTTP Error 400 - Bad Request.
Version Information: Cassini Web Server 1.0.2782.16257
Any ideas on what might need fixing? I'm perplexed as the only thing that's changed is the router/IP address, but GBPVR is reporting a problem....? Is this router just junk?
Thanks!!!
