video screen info

I am using vga out to my lcd tv, and tv reports input at 1366\768 how can I tell what format the HTPC is sending out interlaced or not and what size?

Anyone know of a utility to tell me this info?

Windows Display settings. See what resolution is in you display settings. If you set it to 1366x768 it will most likely be progressive by default.
