USB TV Tuner with hardware encoding

Hi

I have used all of the PCI slots available to me on the motherboard and I need to add an analogue TV Tuner with AV input to my system. So a PCI card is out of the question. Does anyone have any view/expereince on the best TV Tuner option available to me (in NZ) using USB?

I have been reviewing the LeadTek Winfast TV USB2 Delux which appears to have hardware encoding and the Hauppauge options. Is there any others I should look at.

I dont know anything about the LeadTek Winfast TV USB2 Deluxe, and dont remember any posts from people using it in the past.

The Hauppauge WinTV PVR USB2 works well though.
