divx conversion not working

My DIVX conversion has not been taking place. After some tinkering tonight I have checked the "USEFFSHOW post-processing if installed" but I don't know if that's right. Was there some sort of complimentary file I was supposed to download/install? What is supposed to be in the Transcoder's "placeholder" location?

I am absolutely sure that this is user error and I simply don't know what I am doing. Thanks for your help and suggestions.

How did you try to do the conversion? In the video library, or in the post processing tab of the config app, or when you scheduled a recording? The last of these three doesnt work.

In the post-processing tab I have it set to convert MPG recordings to Divx between 10pm and 5pm. So far it has just sat there and stared at me...

Zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.

Ah, sorry didnt see them. I just looked though, and they dont have what I need.

Can you enable log flushing in the config app, then reproduce the problem and repost the logs?

i have dug all through config and can't find "log flushing. what tab is that under?

From memory it's on the first tab, next to the logging level.

ok, I have set the conversion to begin at 9pm CST. How long should I wait before uploading the logs?
