MVP wont play video

Hi guys
Hope you can help me with this one.
I have a hauppauge wired mvp rev1 and I am running the latest GB PVR.
Everything seems to work except any video files. When I try to play a video file, the screen goes blank for about 4 seconds and then the mvp reboots itself. I do have the latest codecs installed etc. Almost 100% sure it is not a codec problem.
Any help will be appreciated.

Zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.

The most common reason for this is the Windows firewall getting in the way.

Log files. Hope these are the ones you are looking for.
Windows firewall is turned off and I dont have any other firewalls installed.
I had a quick look at the logs, seem to be not to difficult to solve if you know what you are doing.

Can you set the logging level back to the default 'debug' level, and enable log flushing while you're in there, then reproduce the problem and repost the logs.

Sorry for wasting your time, I fixed it. The recordings directory and the live tv buffer directories did not exist. DOH!!
But thank you very much for the quick reply!
