I too initially thought that you were wanting OTA. For QAM, you will only get the channels that your cable company are broadcasting unencrypted. For most, this is only the local channels. You will most likely not get all the channels in your lineup.

Connecting through the STB first will allow you to get all your channels but they will be in standard definition and you will need to change the channel on the STB. Everything will be on channel 3 or 4 like if you connected to a VCR.

It looks like something is already using the Fusion device, so GB-PVR was never able to use.

If you're running on MCE, you'll probably need to stop the MCE services. Alternatively, you may need to stop the dvico software.

Definitely worth trying again when you get that resolved.

Correct, I only want the local channels in HD through the Fusion card. Here's the scenario...

Saying I'm in MCE or GBPVR watching a local channel. Then, primetime hits, and HD show comes on. Right now, I have to exit out of GBPVR, or MCE, and then launch Fusion HDTV to watch the program in HD. What I'm trying to do, is find a way I can just stay in GBPVR or MCE and watch the HD feed... perhaps changing a channel, but not having to launch a separate application with a very poor UI and no guide or time shifting ability.

I shut down MCE, and closed Fusion's tray icons and tried rescanning, but to no avail. I'm not sure why the fusion card is failing in the log. Any idea?

Not really. Can you run the filtercheck.exe utility from the gbpvr directory, then zip and attach the filtercheck.log it produces? I'll check the pin names are correct.

Can you add the following to your bda.ini, and select the "Fusion HDTV5 Lite (QAM)" device in your capture source, then try again.

[Fusion HDTV5 Lite (QAM)]
TUNING_TYPE=ATSC
TUNING_SPECIAL=2
FILTER_TUNER=FusionHDTV, BDA Tuner
FILTER_CAPTURE=FusionHDTV, Transport Stream Capture
PIN_TUNER_IN=Input0
PIN_TUNER_OUT=MPEG2 Transport
PIN_CAPTURE_IN=MPEG2 Transport
PIN_CAPTURE_OUT=MPEG2 Transport

It's in there already. That's what I've currently been trying.

Is it exactly that though?

Yep, that section is fine, but its definitely not the card you had selected when you posted your logs though. The section you were using then was called "Fusion HDTV5 RT Express (QAM)"
