software for vacation rental

Hello,

I'm building a media center PC for my dad's vacation rental and I'm looking for the right software. I've given GB-PVR a spin and I think it works great. However, as it is a vacation rental with many different tenants going through, I'm concerned what can happen (especially with options like "delete" in the menu!). Is there any way to change the interface options to make it more secure? Also, is there a way to lock the interface so people wouldn't be able to exit back to Windows without a password?

If GB-PVR isn't capable of these things yet, I totally understand! It's a home theater enthusiast's program (not a vacation rental owner's) and does a great job doing what it does. I intend to start using it at home with my own PC. I would appreciate any help in pointing me in the right direction of finding a more secure software for something like a vacation rental media center PC. Thanks much for your insight!

To be honest, I dont think this is the best sort of software for this task. It is also only intended to be used for personal use. Its shouldnt be used for a vaction rental, which I dont see as being "personal use".
