error message

i followed the direction on how to configure GB-PVR. When i run the program and click Live TV it gives me an error: failure playing back file.

can anyone help?

What type of capture card do you have?

Zip and email me me your log files from the "c:\program files\devnz\gbpvr\" directory. Email them to support@devnz.com.
