If you added it manually did you do it as administrator, otherwise it will end up in the VirtualStore and not be found.

I do all my updates via the command line, but what you did should work. You can always use Explorer to look at the virtualstore to see if the file is there.
This might be something like.

C:\Users\pcostanza\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\devnz\gbpvr\

This folder should be nearly empty.

No, I'm still getting the same error. I'll continue to try a few other things and see what happens.

Its very strange. before I released, I tried without the ultraid3 library and without the tagsharp library and because it wasn't found on start up, it stopped trying to use it..

Well 2 days of trying has gotten me nowhere so I'm going to stop for awhile. I'm still thinking I'm doing something wrong------just not doing something right, and will leave it alone for awhile before I try again.

I have a strange behaviour now in the left pane (set as composer) after installing winamp and using its media library feature.
Awkwardly, ml2 now displays 'composers:' in front of the composer name and some other stuff behind (see screenshot)
I have ultraid3 installed.
What's causing this?

I'm guessing the tags have been change in th emp3 files. That's the only thing I can think of to do that. Winamp has a fairly good tag editor (choose a song, then alt-3 on it).
