Can hear audio but no video with "unsuported" card

The title pretty much says it all, I guess. I already tried searching around the forums but I didnt found anything that fixed the problem.

Im sure I have all the filters things in the direct.ini file set up correctly, but I'm not sure about the pins.

Yes, some of those values are in spanish, not sure why but thats how they appear on the FilterCheck log and in GraphEdit even though the card is american.

I already tried updating my video card drivers but nothing happens.

So... Could anyone help me out?

If you dont have a Philips Cap713x Encoder filter then chances are this card does not have the required hardware MPEG2 encoder so wont be compatible with GB-PVR. sorry.

Oh, it does, I guess I just missed that filter.
It says it supports Real-Time MPEG 1/2/4 Encoding.

I checked the FilterCheck log and found this:

Thats the encoder filter, right?

I added FILTER_ENCODER=Philips TV7131 WDM Video Capture but I still get the same result.

It says it supports Real-Time MPEG 1/2/4 Encoding.

When they say "real-time MPEG1/2/4" it usually means software encoding to either MPEG1/MPEG2 or AVI MPEG4 files rather than hardware encoding.

If you zip and attach your filtercheck.log I'll check.

Strangely that encoder filter doesnt have any pins, so not usable.

I'm sorry, but I'm pretty sure this device doesnt have the hardware MPEG2 encoder, so wont be usable.
