Comskip no longer auto-skips, must press play

For awhile, after I pressed "play" on the remote to skip the first commercial, Comskip would skip the rest automatically. This is on recorded shows, either played during recordings or much later. Now the commercials are visible on the OSD, but I have to hit Play at the beginning of each break to skip to the start of the show again.

Is there a toggle I might have turned off? I was having other issues, and was changing things in config of gbpvr, but I cannot find something for this.

I am running pvrx2 1.0.16. I beleive I am running Comskip 79-111. This all worked before. Its not a big bother, but perhaps something easy to turn back on.

Recording digital channels, mostly in SD but some HD, clear QAM, in dvr-ms format. Comskip is set to run parallel, and does a good job.
