So far in my setting up I have 2 Nova-T cards and they work fine. Now I am adding a Satellite card.
It's a Compro VideoMate S350 - I've added it to the BDA file and I've got it as a capture source.
I've picked up my existing EPG as I know my sat is pointing to Astra and it has BBC channels which are also in my EPG - I can fix the EPG later but I expect to get something.
Now when I do a scan for mapping the channels I get a load of "Unknown" and they don't play in the little preview window.
I guess I am missing some vital step, but what is it. Is there are file that gives the channel names?
Just to make sure its not the card itself I can use the program that came with it to view channels (although it is a bit stuttery).
cheers
Keith
