SQlite error when trying to add Eugene's DVD Player as a custom task

Whenever I try to add Eugene's DVD Player (I'm using a Netstream 2000TV) as a custom task I get the following error when pressing OK to save my settings.

SQlite error
unrecognized token: "\".

I tried overwriting gbpvr.db3 with empty.db3, but that didn't seem to help. I do
not get the same error when adding any other .exe as a custom task, only the Eugene DVD Player.

Is Eugene's DVD Player the exact name you used? If so, then you might need to ditch the apostrophe in the name.

No, I actually just named it DVD Player.

On my installation of Eugene's the executable is called "Station.exe" to match up with the original OEM software. DVDPLAYER.exe is the name of the installation package unless you renamed the executable after installation. (at least with every installation I have done - I have 4 or 5 Hollywood Plus cards)

I am pointing to Station.exe in the program files folder, not the installer dvdplayer.exe which is on my desktop. I don't get the error with the original sigma designs dvd player, but Eugene's is such a better player it's not even funny.
