I have a manual recording set to recur every Sunday. Somehow I got a HUGE list of error messages for one of those recordings (even though it recorded ok). They are all duplicate error messages. I've tried deleting them but the list doesn't seem to diminish. Any ideas? There must be some file that I can edit to get rid of them. Any idea how this list came to be?

Thanks!

You'll want to share what those messages are so someone can possibly help.

I have the same problem with .90.10 release. I have a manual recording setup for Monday - Friday. I get many entries (8 or more) in the conflict section about the next schduled recording even there is no conflict. All these entries point to the same date/time.

Under the ready section, one group shows 1527 recordings available even though there are only 10 shows recorded. This group also shows 22 failed recordings with the same date/time, even though that program did record correctly. All shows in this group after that date/time are recored, but there are no entries for them.

I am only using manual recording because I am recording back to back shows and GBPVR does not include padding in calculating the scheduling using multiple recording sources. I view this as a major limitation, but one that I would think would be an easy fix.

I also have a problem with the EPG not updating and I am unable to change the update time from 3AM. I change it, but config always shows it set to 3AM.

This is a great app when it works, but still a few bugs to work out. Keep up the good work. Thanks.

Do you guys just use the builtin GB-PVR scheduler, or are you using one of the plugin schedulers?

Can you please send your logs to me at support@devnz.com

I've been trying to replicate this problem this morning, but it seems to be working fine for me. Can you guys to a bit of experimenting and try to find the exact set of steps to replicate the problem. If you can find it, I can fix it.

Sub,

I just sent the log files.

I emptied the folder with the erroneous error entries. GBPVR is still unable to delete the error entries from the manual recordings folder. Kind of annoying and I don't know where to edit to delete these entries. Any pointers other than a delete and reinstall of the app?

One note, I used two sets of recurring manual recordings. The first is from 1AM-2AM and the second from 1PM-3PM. Perhaps the 1:00 start times raised a flag even though one is AM and one is PM. Just a thought.

Let me know if anything turns up in the logs and thanks for looking at them.

I forgot to add that I'm just using the built-in scheduler, no plugins.

Very interesting. I ALSO had 2 sets of manual recordings: one from 3am to 5am, and one from 3pm to 5pm. Must be something about the x am/x pm thing that screws it up.

Sub: please tell us if there's a file we can edit to get rid of the erroneous entries!

I've always used the built-in scheduler.

It seems there're a lot of ldifferent log files. I don't know which ones would be the relevant ones to email...?!

Since I've fixed this problem, dont bother sending the log files.

If in future I ask you to send the logfiles, just send them all. The all play an important part.
