There is two things we can try. First try adding this to your bda.ini:

[Realtek 2831U DVB-T]
TUNING_TYPE=DVB-T
RECEIVER_ONLY_MODE=1
FILTER_RECEIVER=REALTEK 2831U_BDA Filter
PIN_RECEIVER_IN=Input0
PIN_RECEIVER_OUT=MPEG2 Transport

If they doesnt work, let me know any I'll post the other option.

I think Freecom just rebadge all sorts of other products.

Just thought I'd throw in my 2-bits worth - the Compro U90 and Compro U100 cards are also based on the Realtek 2831U. These settings in the bda.ini worked for me:

[VideoMate U1xx digital series]
TUNING_TYPE=DVB-T
RECEIVER_ONLY_MODE=1
FILTER_RECEIVER=VideoMate U1xx digital series
