Just noticed when using Xrecord, I have some not so nice font issues.

I've had a mess around with the 7 channel TV guide layout, this seems to be the default one sub ships with the blue skin so I thought that it might be the most popular formatting.

To use it put the "7-channel TV Guide - Reflect" folder in to ".....\Plugins\SkinPlugin\Resources\TVGuides" and "guide_mask_default.png" in to ".....\skin2\Community3\_CoreImages".

You should then be able to select 7-channel TV Guide - Reflect in the skinplugin TV guide section.

This is all subject to Fatman_do's okay. He'd be far better at checking the formatting compatibility then myself, but I think it should be okay.

If the formatting is okay for this one Fatman_do then I'd happily knock up a mask for the 7-channel TV Guide Alternate as well, and maybe scrap the 8 channel wide formatting?

Here is a more traditional OSD layout, again it's based on subs default blue theme.

Just copy it into "...\skin2\Community3\OSD"

What do people think of a panel on the main menu, to fill the space and give a further sense of depth?

Could be 'gilding the lily". While I agree it gives it a real dimensional feel, I wonder how it will look when you add the menu highlighting which won't be in the same perspective plane. And part of the reason I like this skin is that it is simple and elegant.

Might be nice to have the option to use it or the original via the Skin Helper. Also, I would like to be able to turn off the GBPVR logo, which I never really cared for visually. Maybe replace it with a PVRx2 logo, which would be more apropriate?

Damn Hairy, I just love this skin! It has replaced the one I made myself, which is saying something.

Two things; we need a task image for the Skin Plugin (although with this skin I may never use the thing <G>). Also, is there any way I can get a hold of the template for your task images? I am currently beta testing Anime Library for Ommina and I'd like to create a task image for it. If he likes it I'll pass it on to you for inclusion.

Thanks again for such a beautiful screen. I can't imagine replacing this one - unless of course you come up with something else!
