setting up with: Pinnacle PCTV HD Pro Stick

I searched through the forums and it seems that some people have gotten the Pinnacle PCTV HD Pro Stick working while others have had trouble with the HD Pro Stick.

I'm trying to switch from the standard TVCenter Pro that Pinnacle provides (it's a POS, really), and wnated to give gbpvr a try. I'm on analog cable, what steps do I have to take to get gbpvr to work (from the beginning please), or does gbpvr not support the HD Pro stick on analog cable?

It does not have the required hardware mpeg encoder so the analog side of this card will not work. You can try the software recording plugin but it is unsupported.
