No sound from recording

Just go through the ones available on your system, one at a time. What is wrong with the sound? Is it sync or just general quality?

neither, the recordings just have no sound. Live tv and timeshift tv have sound though.

off topic* where in portsmouth? My stepdad used to live on Manor Rd right off of the A2047.

about the no sound recordings...I guess I'll have to figure something out.
