Just missed a recording because the title of the program was slightly different. My recurring recording is for:

Wie is de Mol

The title today in the TV guide was:

Wie is de Mol?

Hence, it was not scheduled. How exactly does the matching work? Is it case-sensitive? Would it be an idea for it to ignore punctuation (?,:. etc)?

I think it's not case-sensitive anymore, it was a while back, it made me miss a recording. Ignoring the punctuation might be a good idea (if possible). Maybe some kind of fuzzy logic would be nice. Although Ihave no idea if and how that would work.

I put in a request in the earlier days for case insensitive matching and that solved a lot of problems for me. At present I think it is a full string match that is required rather than a substring. Maybe something for the wishlist thread?

No doubt one of the many plugins would have picked it up???
