Keep show title area when moving?

I am trying to move some shows I recorded onto another hard drive ont eh computer and I want those seperated from the recorded shows. But when I move them I lose the whole title of the specific show and short description is there a way to move them and keep this so I can better organize my shows?

ANy ideas on this not sure how to accomplish this or if this is even possible.

I thiknk VideoArchive can move them for you and will update the DB.

Failing that you may need to use the config app and on the plugins tab there is an export recordings... Then hack the xml file for the new location of you files. Then you'd need to re-import them - I think this will work. Not sure what will happen with the duplicate entries (the ones at the old location).


You could also do it by updating the db3/mdb databases directly if you're comfortable doing that.
