Ever since I upgraded to 1.1.5 in November, and then tried to use the EVR and thus .net 3.x, I have had problems with live tv. Most of the issues resembles the stuttering described in the Disappointing MPEG2 decoding thread. As the dvb-application that came with the card (Twinhan 3030) plays ok, I have ruled out the quartz problem.
Since then I have completely reinstalled XP (format c and reinstalled my most important applications, to no good.
I have also tried the same combinations of video and audio codecs as I had in 1.0.16 according to my backuped confix.xml, still no satisfied quality on video.
The track I would like to follow is to analyze what's in use when using DigitalTV that came with with the card, and here I fail to - what do I need in order to do this? Can it be done in realtime? (Alternate path is to DL 1.0.16 if I can find it anywhere, mine got blown away with the reformat) and start off from there, as when installing th original 0.x I did nothing to the codecs)
A tutorial would just save my day as WAF is on rapid decline :-(
ANYTHING will be appreciated, as the tips and tricks discussed in Disappointing... seems no to have solved my problem.
