I have the same finding (not problem
 ) I can not test it because I'm at work right now but will check later if I also have failed recordings...The images in the Video library menu option works fine.

Hey Sub, not sure if you did any more investigating into this or not.
Just thought I'd mention that I notice the images don't show up for episodes if they have special characters in the show name (eg, Whats New Scooby Doo? The question mark being the special character) Is there maybe some logic missing for episodes to look for this since the Image shows fine for folders?
