I just tried to record something with about 3-4 hours BUT GB-PVR only recorded up to 2 hours 19 minutes. The tray icon said it was still recording though.

I think everyone one will need some more info...

What are your system specs (capture card, cpu, ram etc)?
Can you zip and attach the logs from that period?

I assume you have enough disk space?

The 2 and a quarter hours sounds about right, but isn't it a 4gb limit??

As I would use FAT32 Smile
No my HDDs are ONLY NTFS.

CPU: AMD Athlon x64 x2 4400+
RAM: 2GB
Mainboard: ASUS A8N-E
Capture Card was a WinTV PVR USB2 (AVS Driver)

Strange... Thought that I posted those info but it seems not Smile

Disk space shouldn't be the problem as I was using a completely unused HDD for it with about 150-200 GB.

Regarding logs: I would post them but I am not sure anymore when this happened and I haven't tried again since then...
So I just attach the logs I think that should be related to this problem but from what I remembered they didn't show any error or warning when the probem occured.

Btw.: Sorry for being so late with the answer but I had other things to do in the mean time Smile

I have just attached the logs I think that were related to the problem... Time should match but I am not completely sure...

But I don't know if this problem is related to GB-PVR because I now have tried to record with WinTV and there it also someties happens that the recording get stopped too early (it still thinks it is recording though but doesn't, normal recording not background; also it isn't showing any picture anymore)...
Maybe it is driver related...

I did all Windows updates before the recording and also the service itself was still running and I had none of the mentioned programs installed so...

Anyway: I think I will try out an older driver next. Maybe the current stable (from UK site - the "beta" driver isn't usable at all, as it seems to miss certification - what I expected anyway - and therefore won't work that easily under Vista 64Bit), isn't that stable Smile
