Help, live tv not working

Hi, when I try to watch live tv, I get a black screen that says

Starting Timeshift Mode TV. Please Wait.

Whats this mean?

What type of capture card do you have?

ATI TV Wonder Pro, And it stays at that screen and doesn't do anything.

This card is not compatible with GB-PVR. Sorry.
