Video Inset not showing

For some reason on my development machine (XP), the video inset does not work. If I am watching live TV or watching video, the home key does nothing.

I've checked the config.xml and the <UseVideoInset> property is set to true, but the log indicates that it is false????

I've attached log and config.xml.

This feature works fine on my W2K client machine.

Any ideas as to what the problem might be?

The inset window is only possible if you're using the VMR9 renderers, not EVR.
