Aquos 42", which is better HDMI or D-Sub?

Looking at this TV, which seems like a great deal, it has HDMI and VGA D-Sub connectors. Which would be the best input? My PC has VGA, S-Video, and DVI outputs. So, I could do DVI to HDMI, or VGA to VGA. (or S-Video/component if necessary, but I know that's not as good.)

Just be careful with the TV and HDCP - as the DVI cannot do HDCP - if you try and do 1080p, it may give you a black screen.

I am currently using VGA and it looks superb on my Samsung 40" LCD. I didn't notice any difference between DVI / VGA into the TV.
