I have installed & reinstalled GBPVR and Yapi2xml numerous times and no matter what I do I get no TV Guide no Live TV Nothing. I am totally lost. I have recently moved to VIsta and just can't get GBPVR to work as it did in XP.

If you're on vista you may be having problems with vista's file protection. Try deleting the "c:\users\<user account>\appdata\local\virtualstore\program files\devnz" directory.

Sub,

I can't seem to find c:\users\<user account>\appdata\local\virtualstore\program files\devnz" directory.

The appdata directory is hidden.

Another way to get into that area - if you click WindowsKey-R, then type %APPDATA% and click run, it should take you to c:\users\<user account>\appdata\Roaming or something similiar.

Did you look in "c:\users\<user account>\appdata\local\virtualstore\program files"? Note, this is not the roaming directory, which is a different branch of appdata.

Sub,

Did as requested. Reinstalled GBPVR. Setup capture device and EPG. (yapi2xml) closed config and started pvrx2. Go to TV guide and all I get is a blank screen with faint images of time and some info at the bottom showing "@ duaration". I cant' exit out. I get an error saying GBPVR is not responding and have to close the program.

Did you try it after you deleted that directory, but before you reinstalled GB-PVR?

Either way, hit the 'update epg' button in your capture source settings, then zip and attach your config.exe.log and I'll take a look.

Sub,
Back at work. Deleted GBPVR and re-installed right after deleting that file. Did complete re-intsallation including EPG and get the blank screen I mentioned. As soon as I can I'll send the zip file.

Thanks
