Now that I know what I'm looking for, I can see it finding quite a bit (Look for 'Entagged found art' in you config.exe.log file.

Ok, so are these file displaying art in ML2 now?

I'll check that particular song, but I have not seen any art so far.

Nope, didn't show the art. Just that stock picture it always shows. Man, this is frustrating.

Can you post me a log from navigating inside ML2 - I can;'t remember how good my logging messages are.

And for album art are we talking the one when in the library, or the art while playing?

Yep it was the correct log - there isn't a MusicLibrary2.log in there as well is there?? If so post that as well.

Attached are the logs. I did another run and made it log to it's own log.

This is the message that it shows when it tries to draw the art:
3/9/2008 6:23:42 PM ERROR MusicLibrary2: Error drawing album art: Value cannot be null.

Is it possible that the program I used to get the art embedded is not liked by these libraries?

They DO show up on winamp though.
