Recording occurs on both tuners, not just the one!

Hi,

I sem to be having problems with back to back recordings. I have both tuners available, and correctly, as the time comes for the second recording to start it commences on the second tuner. BUT when the post padding on the first recording finishes, it then starts a duplicate of the second recording on the original tuner.

I have attached the logs, the relevant events are at


2008-03-19 08:03:00.109 'First recording starts'
2008-03-19 08:33:00.000 'Second Recording Starts'
2008-03-19 08:39:00.703 'Second recording starts AGAIN'

I have also attached my config in case that helps.

Is there two separate entries shown in your Recordings screen for it?

No it only ever shows up as intended. It has happened three times this week (same times but on each preceding day).

The cause isnt obvious in the logs, but can you apply the attached patch and post your logs when it happens again? I've added some additional messages which should help me get to the bottom of it.

Sub, sorry to take so long with reply..

The same 'error' occurs at the following times in the attached log.

2008-03-20 07:55:00.187 First recording starts
2008-03-20 08:25:00.046 Second recording starts
2008-03-20 08:40:00.046 First recording finishes
2008-03-20 08:40:01.140 Second recording starts again

I think this is repeated also on the 21st March.

I hope the extra debug info helps, let me kow if you need more logs than this.

From the extra log messages, it looks like the two "second recording" referred to above are actually different recordings. Can you zip and attach your database?
